Troy is the team’s detail-oriented “shortstop,” bridging the team’s grants branch with its advocacy branch; this two-pronged understanding of state and federal monies paired with a thorough understanding of legislation grant Troy unique insight into government issues and policy. Troy tracks legislation and committee meetings for a diverse group of clients, along with writing grants for clients. Troy is a 2021 Duquesne University graduate, working in government contracts with the consulting firm BerryDunn before joining KSA. His broad understanding of grant monies and legislation give Phoenix an eclectic spokesperson in Harrisburg.
